Lana Del Rey can’t catch a break, it seems, as she was seen getting knocked over during the Super Bowl celebration while watching the game with pal Taylor Swift.
Taylor Swift had invited a long list of start-studded friends to watch the game with her in the VIP suite last night, (Sunday, February 11). One of her fellow Super Bowl fans included Lana Del Rey, but fans couldn’t help but notice the singer was knocked over during the wild celebrations. It comes after Lana was ‘snubbed’ at the Grammys, after losing out on the Album of the Year Award to her celebrity pal Taylor.
Lana Del Rey knocked over at the Super Bowl
The nail-biting showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers came to a head on Sunday.
Travis Kelce‘s team managed to storm to victory with 25-22 in overtime at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
When they became champions, and won their Super Bowl rings, fans across the stadium roared into celebratory screams, but it means Lana Del Rey was caught on the other end of the jumping and was knocked over.
Viewers at home were over the moon too, but managed to record the moment Lana Del Rey’s Super Bowl celebration took a turn.
Unfortunately, when Swift, Ice Spice, Blake Lively and other pals were celebrating, she was slightly pushed.
In the clip, we see Lana covering her face as people around her hug and jump up and down, but the man standing next to her jumps too close before knocking her down. She was laughing and smiling in the video before falling out of sight.
Justice for Lana – again
People in the comments couldn’t believe she’s had two pieces of bad luck in a space of a week. After the Grammys ‘snub’ they were writing ‘Justice for Lana’ again.
One Twitter user wrote: “and she was rooting for the other team, help.”
A second said: “Watch everyone blame it on Taylor”.
A third wrote: “Somebody need to go and check on Lana Del Rey… now”.
While a fourth echoed: “They squished my girl”.
But it all seemed to be in good spirits, after Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift embraced on the field, and the tight-end’s adorable first words he spoke before they shared a kiss.
However, Travis himself was also embroiled into drama, after being caught yelling with Coach Andy Reid during the first quarter.
